Co-hosting the event with actor Lee Jun-young, the duo led a spectacular evening of performances at the Tokyo National Stadium, marking the first time a multi-artist K-pop concert of this scale has been held at the prestigious venue.
A Star-Studded Extravaganza The festival, a year-end special for the popular KBS music program Music Bank, featured a diverse and electrifying lineup of top K-pop acts on its opening night. The stage came alive with high-energy performances from a star-studded roster including Stray Kids, ENHYPEN, ATEEZ, TXT, RIIZE, and IVE, the group Wonyoung belongs to.
This historic event brought together nearly 20 artists across two days, offering a powerful and diverse concert experience for all attendees.
Wonyoung's appearance immediately captured the attention of fans and media alike. Adored for her "ethereal look" that included a fluffy fur stole, she was affectionately called "K-pop's gongju," or princess, by many fans. This event adds to Wonyoung's extensive experience as an MC; she has become a symbol of major year-end ceremonies, previously hosting the Asia Artist Awards for five consecutive years.
Her on-screen chemistry with co-host Lee Jun-young, a versatile actor and singer, was highly anticipated and well-received by the audience. Broadcast and Future Teasers While the live event took place on December 13th and 14th in Tokyo, the full show is scheduled to air at a later date on KBS 2TV on December 30, 2025, at 8:30 PM KST.
