Rising K-Pop Stars NEXZ Electrify Stage and Secure Top Honors at Landmark Asia Artist Awards 2025

NEXZ, the promising new boy group from JYP Entertainment, delivered a standout performance at the 10th-anniversary Asia Artist Awards (AAA) 2025 and the subsequent Festa ACON 2025 held at the Kaohsiung National Stadium.

The group's dynamic set followed a significant victory, where they were honored with the "Best New Artist" award the day prior.

NEXZ, who made their official debut in May 2024 with the single "Ride the Vibe," captivated an audience of over 55,000 fans at Taiwan's largest stadium. Their high-energy performance on day two of the two-day festival showcased their potent stage presence and versatility.

The members, comprising a mix of Japanese and Korean talent, took to the stage in a coordinated wardrobe, adding a striking visual element to their powerful choreography.

The setlist for the event included a thrilling dance break during their track "Beat-Boxer," as well as performances of their other notable songs, "I'm Him" and "O-RLY?". The group's extensive discography, despite their rookie status, allowed them to present a diverse and engaging show, solidifying their reputation as top performers of the 5th generation of K-pop.

Beyond their performance, the group was noted for warm backstage interactions with fellow K-pop sensation ATEEZ, who also performed at the ACON 2025 festival and received several top honors, including the Daesang (Grand Prize) for Stage of the Year.

The Asia Artist Awards, an event honoring outstanding achievements across K-pop, K-drama, and K-movie sectors, held its anniversary celebration over two days, with the awards ceremony on December 6 and the ACON 2025 festival on December 7.

Both events were live-streamed globally via Weverse, allowing fans worldwide to witness the historic performances and awards.
